Tunnel Vision 2011

Last year around this time I was staying in a Victorian style house while on a one wee artist residency program with Sparkbox studio. An opportunity they awarded me and proved to be very productive. I loved the interior structures of the accommodation space,and how certain fixtures and the available light cast such interesting ambiant light. This image in particular captures the latter. The Congregation 2011

Similar to the previous post, this is another building I walk past every morning to the subway The gutters and window sills are occupied by this congregation of pigeons. Little does the traffic, subway rumble, crowds of people walking in out out of the subway disturb them, as each and every morning, I find them sitting perched above continuing on with their daily business. Publicis 2011

After almost a year of walking past this building on my way to work every morning, I can't help but look up and admire its grand stature against the sky with the bright red lettering reading 'Publicis'. I finally decided to photograph this construction, and this is the final product. The building speaks for itself.
